Instructions for installing the mobile app for your Android
Go to the Google Play Store.
Within the search tab, type “SunMark Bank”
Locate the official SunMark Bank app and follow the steps to download it
Once downloaded, Open the app
At this point, you will need to be logged in to your online banking account
Navigate to the Administration tab and select
from the menu
Click Enroll new Device
Fill out the appropriate information for your mobile phone and click Continue
Check the boxes beside Text Banking and Mobile Banking if you’d like to enable these options and click Continue
Once you’ve clicked Continue, if you’ve selected the text banking option, you’ll receive a text message asking for a reply with the activation code or to text HELP for Help or STOP to opt out. Please note, message and data rates may apply.
Once you’ve replied with the activation code, you will receive another message saying “Text Banking activation successful!”
Find the activation code
On your mobile device, click
I Have One
for activation code
Enter your activation code and phone number and click Submit
Click on View Accounts and enter your User ID information which is the same as you use to log in to Online Banking
Verify your account information is correct
Congratulations, you’ve successfully loaded the SunMark Bank app and you can now do your banking anywhere you can use your smartphone!
Close the Mobile Banking window which will take you back to your Online Banking account. Please be sure to log out of your online account for security purposes and you’re all set!
