  • How Do I enroll in Online Banking?
    • Stop by and one of our personal bankers will be glad to help you enroll in Online and Mobile Banking and answer any questions you have.

  • How do I login to the mobile app for the first time?
    • The first time you use the Mobile App you will be prompted for a secure access code, select where you want to receive the code and submit it once you receive it.

  • What is Mobile Deposit?
    • Mobile Deposit allows you to deposit checks to any of your checking or savings accounts using the camera on your smartphone or tablet. Endorse the back of the check “For Mobile Deposit Only” and then sign your name. Using the Mobile App for iPhone or Android, login and select the "Mobile Deposit" from the menu. Enter the amount of the check, take a picture of the front and back of the check and select the account where the deposit should credit.

  • How do I enroll in Mobile Deposit?
    • Using the Mobile App for iPhone or Android, login and select "Mobile Deposit" from the menu. Select "Mobile Deposit Enrollment". Read and accept the terms and conditions for Mobile Deposit, log out of the App and sign back in to start depositing checks.

  • Are there limits on Mobile Deposit?
    • Retail customers can deposit up to $3,000 in combined check value each business day, with a limit of 5 checks per business day.

  • What time do I need to deposit my check via Mobile Deposit in order for it to be available the next day?
    • Deposits are subject to verification and funds may not be available immediately. Once the deposit has been received, you will be able to view the pending transaction in the App. Deposits received by 3:00 p.m., E.S.T., on business days will post during overnight processing and are usually available in your account the next business day. Deposits received after 3:00 p.m., E.S.T., or on a non-business day (Saturday, Sunday or federal holiday) will be reviewed the following business day, posted during overnight processing and available within two business days.

  • How do I transfer funds between my SunMark accounts?
    • To transfer funds between your SunMark accounts, open the Mobile App on your iPhone or Android device, log in, and choose "Funds Transfer" from the menu. From there, you can transfer funds or make payments between your SunMark accounts.

  • How do I transfer funds between my SunMark accounts and accounts at other financial institutions?
    • To transfer funds between your SunMark accounts and accounts at other financial institutions, open the Mobile App on your iPhone or Android, log in, and select "Add External Account" from the menu. Before making transfers, you'll need to verify the microdeposit amounts by choosing "Verify External Account" from the menu.

  • How do I set up person to person (P2P) payments to a friend or family member that also banks at SunMark?
    • Open the Mobile App on your iPhone or Android device, log in, and choose "P2P Transfer - Sunmark" from the menu. From there, you can transfer funds or make payments to anyone that also uses SunMark Online Banking.

  • How do I set up person to person (P2P) payments to a friend or family member that doesn't have a SunMark account?
    • Open the Mobile App on your iPhone or Android device, log in, and choose "P2P Transfer - External" from the menu. From there, you can send money (with your debit card) to a friend or family member that doesn't have a SunMark account.
